[What is ELICOS?]
ELICOS (English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students) is an intensive English language course for international students in Australia.
The ELICOS program is designed for students who need instruction in English prior to formal study in Australia. Although there are many other English language programs in which students can participate, the Australian Government has issued an official ELICOS student visa for students taking these courses to encourage students to participate in the course.
